Check-in

Check in time is 3pm. Early/late check-in can be scheduled upon request.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your room.

We will provide a 48 hour grace period from date and time of your booking for you to cancel your reservation without any penalties. After the 48 hour grace period, all sales are final.

In the event we have to move your reservation, we will refund your entire deposit.

Pets

If you're traveling with a furry companion, we're happy to share recommendations for trusted local boarding and daycare options nearby. These facilities are independently operated and must be arranged directly by each guest. We absolutely love animals and understand they’re part of the family. However, to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we are unable to accommodate pets inside the inn at this time, including guest rooms, common areas, and shared spaces.

While we can’t welcome pets into the inn itself, you’re more than welcome to spend time with them outdoors in the backyard during the day, as long as they remain leashed, attended, and respectful of the space.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a relaxing experience for all.

Please note: The yard is shared and unfenced. We do not offer a designated dog play area such as a dog park.

Parking

All guests have access to on-site parking.

Private Events

The Peacock Inn is not only a Bed and Breakfast, we are also an events venue. We hold the right to hold any number of events during your stay, unless you have booked the entire venue. All guests are welcome to our public events and we encourage you to look to see if we have a public event going on during your stay so you can attend.

The Peacock Inn has the right to move your reservation IF a large event requires the entire property. In the event we have to move your reservation, we will refund your entire deposit.
